Sleight

A large addition and gut remodeling in the heart of Naperville's Historic District was a unique opportunity to transform this generic foursquare into a period-inspired home.  Details, reminiscent of the early 20th century, help the home to blend in with it's century old neighbors.

Hawthorn

Winnetka is home to this East Coast Shingle Style residence located within earshot of Lake Michigan.  Designed to appear as if it had always been a part of the community, this new house was detailed to exhibit all of the hallmarks of a vintage North Shore home.

A Welcoming front porch tucked between two stone gables draws visitors to this East Coast Shingle Style home located in Northeast Deerfield.  Historically-inspired exterior materials and architectural details were carefully selected to convey a sense of timelessness.

Chicago

Located in the historic area of downtown Naperville, this addition to a landmark Queen Anne Victorian was designed to appear as if it had always been a part of the 1891 structure.  A new two story corner turret respectfully mimics the original three story tower.

Knollwood

The rural country cottages of England's West Country were the inspiration for this stone, clinker brick and stucco home in Northeast Deerfield.  The secluded entry garden, embraced by rustic, lantern-topped stone walls, presents a unique experience to visitors.

Countyline

The Arts and Crafts movement of the early 20th century was the inspiration for this narrow lot home located in the Village of Hinsdale.  An authentic parterre garden and rose-covered arbor provide a focal point for the covered porch, dining room and wood paneled study.

Woodland

This stone, brick and wood clapboard home located in the Woodland Park area of the Village of Deerfield features an arched stone entry porch and an eight foot tall front door.  A copper-roofed side porch provides the pefect spot to sit and relax just outside the home's study.

Brenwood

The inspiration for this Naperville transformation, set on two acres, was the historic plantation homes of southern Louisiana.  A broad veranda, operable shutters and hand-stained bricks were utilized to evoke the warmth and charm of a Low Country mansion.

Beverly

Grounded by it's prominent gabled stone entry and oversized antique wood door, this home in Northeast Deerfield was modeled after the rural farmhouses of Western Europe.  A covered porch, just outside the dining room, provides a visual buffer from the street and sidewalk.
